The basic terms that apply when you use Immerly.
Service
Immerly keeps the original webpage text and places translation below it. Free or Pro translation is applied according to your plan.
Translation results
Automatic translation can contain errors. Do not use it as the sole basis for important medical, legal, financial, or similar decisions.
Paid service
We show the price, tax, billing period, and included allowance before payment. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year at the same price until canceled. You can cancel any time from billing management and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax, and receipts. Creem's Buyer Terms (https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms) also apply to your purchase.
We will fully refund the first Pro payment if you request it by emailing hello@immerly.app within 7 days of payment. This guarantee is available once per account, provided that since the payment your usage has not exceeded any of these limits: 60 minutes of speech subtitles, 200,000 Pro translation characters, and 30 Key points. Renewals and payments that do not meet these conditions are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not limit any withdrawal or refund rights under applicable law or Creem's Buyer Terms; where such rights apply, we will handle the request accordingly. A refund immediately ends the Pro access paid for by that payment. Deleting your account is not an automatic refund request.
Service changes
We will give notice before changes that materially affect your use of the service take effect.
